LOGISTICS DECISIONS

The logistic problems lead to take decisions, with effects on the time. Such decisions can be framed in this levels: operational, tactical and strategic.

The effect in the short term, is operational level; while tactical and strategic decisions, have a effect in a middle and long term. In the next table shown a example about the level of decision in logistics terms related with inventory management.
